What this site knows about you
Almost nothing. There is no signup form, no account and no advertising. The one thing that counts you is my web host’s page-view counter, and this page says exactly what it sees. You are a clinician being careful about where patient information goes, so this page is a straight answer rather than boilerplate.
What I don't do
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising. I wrote no JavaScript for it. The two small scripts that do run are added by my web host, Cloudflare, and are described in the next section; nothing loads from anyone except Cloudflare. I don't sell, rent, or share information about you.
No patient information is collected here, ever. This site is guides and links. It has no forms, no uploads, and nothing that could carry PHI. If you're evaluating whether it's safe to read at work, that's your answer.
What my web host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles the basic information your browser sends when it asks for a page: your IP address, the time, and which browser you're using. It uses this to deliver the page and to block attacks. I can see how many visits a page got, but not who you are.
Cloudflare also adds its own page-view counter to every page, a small script it calls Web Analytics. It tells Cloudflare that a page was loaded and how quickly, and it gives me a count of visits per page. Cloudflare states that it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not follow you to other sites. What I see is a number per page, never a person.
On this page Cloudflare adds one more small script. It hides my email address from spam harvesters and shows it to you. It does nothing else.
Cloudflare may set a security cookie if it needs to check that a request isn't automated. That's theirs, not mine, and it's covered by their privacy policy.

If you email me
My email runs on Google Workspace, so a message you send me is stored in my mailbox the way any email is. I'll use it to reply to you and nothing else. I won't add you to any list because you wrote to me.
Please do not email me a completed form, a chart note, or anything else that contains a patient's information. Email is not a secure channel, and I never need those details to answer a question. If you want to ask about a form, describe the situation and leave out anything that identifies the patient.
What you can ask me for
You can email me and ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. There is so little that the answer is usually a short one. Some places give you formal legal rights to do this. I will honour the request wherever you live, so you never have to work out whether those rights apply to you.
